This policy explains what information Gaming Games collects, why, and what you can do about it. It applies to gaming-games.com only.

What we collect
Automatically, when you visit
Our web server records standard technical information for every request: your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, the page you requested, the page you came from, and the date and time. This is ordinary server logging; it happens on essentially every website, and we use it to keep the site running and secure.
We also detect the country your connection appears to originate from, so we can restrict gambling content where we’re not permitted to show it. We do this from your IP address, and we don’t store it separately for that purpose.
When you contact us
If you email us, we keep your message and address for as long as needed to deal with it. We don’t add you to anything.
What we don’t collect
- We don’t ask you to create an account.
- We don’t run a newsletter or mailing list.
- We don’t sell, rent, or trade personal information. Ever.
- We don’t collect payment details. Any deposit you make happens at the casino, not here.
Cookies
We use a small number of cookies:
- Essential cookies set by WordPress to keep the site functioning.
- Preference cookies that remember choices you make, such as dismissing a notice.
- Anti-spam protection on forms, which does not track you across sites.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Essential cookies being blocked may break parts of the site.
Affiliate links — read this one
Most links to casinos on this site are affiliate links. When you click one, you’re redirected to the operator and an identifier is passed to them so they know the visit came from us. If you go on to register and deposit, that operator may pay us a commission.
That means two things for your privacy. First, we can see that a link was clicked, and we count clicks in aggregate — we don’t attach that to you personally. Second, once you land on the casino’s site, you’re subject to their privacy policy, not ours. They will collect far more about you than we do, including identity documents. We have no control over and no access to that. Read their policy.
Who we share data with
| Who | Why |
|---|---|
| Our hosting provider | Runs the server; processes server logs (Hetzner) |
| Content delivery/security provider | Serves the site and filters malicious traffic (Cloudflare) |
| Casino operators | Receive a referral identifier when you click an affiliate link |
| Google Analytics | Records traffic and data analytics |
We don’t share personal information with anyone else, and we don’t sell it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live — and particularly in the EU, EEA and UK — you have the right to ask us what personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to how we use it, and to complain to your local data protection authority.
In practice, we hold very little: server logs and any email you’ve sent us. To make a request, email gaminggameslots@gmail.com and we’ll respond within 30 days.
How long we keep things
- Server logs: typically 30 days
- Emails: as long as needed to handle the matter, then deleted
- Aggregate click counts: indefinitely, as they contain no personal data
Children
This site is for adults only and is not directed at anyone under 18. We don’t knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us, and we’ll delete it.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update the date below. Material changes will be flagged on the site.
